Requirements

  • Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable engaging technical audiences
  • AI power user
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone both technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This is not a traditional sales role. You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment. If you're a charismatic developer looking to expand into sales or a young entrepreneur that's developed technical skills we want to speak to you. WHAT YOU’LL OWN IMMEDIATELY - Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups - Manage inbound requests through chat and email - Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io http://Reply.io, n8n) - Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users - Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders - Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting - Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships - Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities WHAT YOU BRING - Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship - Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers) - AI power user - Excellent written and verbal communication in english — concise, credible, human - Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done WHY FEATHERLESS - Work directly with exec on high-impact partnerships and GTM strategy - Build your network across one of the fastest-growing open AI ecosystems - Be part of a small, high-performing team making open weight AI accessible to everyone
