This role is ideal for someone based in New York with strong written communication skills. What you’ll accomplish Monitor and respond to backer messages daily, maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Flag urgent issues for review by the campaign manager. Collaborate securely on Kickstarter with 'Manage community' permissions, ensuring no password sharing is required. What we're looking for: Strong written English skills, with a warm and responsive communication style. Organized and proactive, especially during peak campaign moments. Experience in email or community management is a plus. Compensation: $500 flat for the full campaign, with the potential to increase to $1,000 if volume gets exceptionally high.
