A panel interview is an interview stage where two or more interviewers question you at the same time, often representing different teams or levels of seniority.
Panels are common for senior or cross-functional remote roles, letting the company gather multiple perspectives in one session instead of several separate calls. Address each panelist directly when answering their question, and it is fine to ask who is asking before you respond in a large group.
