Lokerdollar Extension — Privacy Policy

What the extension does

The Lokerdollar browser extension auto-clicks the Apply button on supported job aggregator pages so you reach the employer application form in one click instead of two. An optional Phase 2 feature (disabled by default) can pre-fill ATS application forms using profile data you have saved on Lokerdollar.com.

Data we collect

Anonymous click telemetry (opt-in)

If you enable telemetry in the extension popup, we record which aggregator site triggered an auto-click (e.g. "remotive"). We do not record the destination employer URL, the job title, or any personal information. Telemetry is sent to lokerdollar.com and stored in our database for product improvement.

Profile data (Phase 2, opt-in)

When autofill is enabled, the extension fetches your saved profile (name, email, resume text, etc.) from lokerdollar.com to pre-fill application forms. This data is transmitted over HTTPS and is never logged or shared with third parties. It is used solely to populate form fields on your screen.

Local storage

Your extension settings (toggle states, click history count) are stored locally using chrome.storage.local. They never leave your device unless you sign in.

• Destination employer URLs
• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Financial information
• Health information
• Personal communications
• Precise location

Remote code

The extension does not execute remote code. All JavaScript is bundled inside the extension package. The extension fetches selector rule overrides (JSON data) from lokerdollar.com/api/extension/site-rules to keep Apply-button selectors up to date without requiring a store update; this is data, not executable code.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties. Anonymous aggregate statistics (e.g. total click counts per site) may be used internally for product decisions.
