Hire from the assistant you already use

Connect once. Then say who you need. If our pool has strong matches you get a shortlist in the chat and in your inbox. If it does not, the assistant asks whether to post the role free on our network, and every applicant is forwarded to you.

1. Get a key

Create an API key (starts with lk_live_). It identifies your assistant to us; the shortlist and listing emails go to the work email you give in the prompt, not to the key.
