AveryIQ (YC W24) | Staff Software Engineer | Remote | Full-time AveryIQ is a full-stack property management platform competing against Appfolio, Yardi, Entrata. We think property management is a domain that is underserved by AI currently, and has so much potential for improving the experience for both tenants and landlords alike. This is a multidisciplinary domain, touching everything from payments and accounting to computer vision and complex workflows. What we're looking for: - Strong product design sense and a drive to see features built end-to-end with little guidance in a remote environment - Experience with building robust systems, fully tested and reliable. (We move hundreds of thousands of dollars per month and cannot afford to make mistakes) Tech stack: Bun/Hono, TypeScript, NextJS, React Native mobile app. Open role highlights: - Full stack engineer works across front-end, back-end, mobile.
