Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will manage complex projects, support teams towards Delivery success, and support fellow Project Managers on their growth within the team. You’ll use your process, technical and functional understanding of WordPress, as well as the Project Management discipline, to bring strategic value to some of the largest multinational corporations, government agencies, and public listed companies in the world. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to the same and is capable of delivering on that client satisfaction both in day-to-day activities and high level strategies. ### Key Responsibilities 01. **Project Outcome/Delivery Ownership:** ability to drive a small or large team to tangible, value-producing delivery outcomes aligned with Client’s business goals. 02. **Sales and Account Support:** Able to scope out a potential project, and work collaboratively with the Team to estimate efforts to achieve Client goals. 03. **Project initiation:** ensure project handover is effectively executed, and all necessary initiations are completed, inclusive of comprehensive roadmaps to achieve client goals. Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to identify key opportunities at the onset of a project for long-term partnership and strategic success. 04. **Setup, Facilitation, and Action on Meetings:** Assurance that all meetings are adequate setup, executed and actioned on per standard process. Capable of conducting strategic calls with Clients to discuss potential opportunities and scope development outside of any current SOWs. 05. **Primary Client/Project Point of Contact and Facilitator:** Serve as a reliable partner and primary point of contact for Clients. Proactively handling anything that arises. 06. **Team & Time Management**: Manage a large team’s workload based on priority, verify the timesheet, convey the feedback timely, support growth planning of your POD team members. Handle 4 to 6 active client projects day to day alongside internally supporting the broader PM team. 07. **Budget Management**: Able to manage large budgets on enterprise client projects, ensuring on time, but also on budget delivery. 08. **Risk Management**: Capable of mitigating risk early and often on projects, avoiding unnecessary strain on the team and the project success. Encourages accountability, minimize risk to prevent problems from escalating further. 09. **Strategic Initiatives:** Able to work alongside sales to develop strategic plans for Clients to foster larger, and longer, relationships. 10. **Reporting & Maintain Project Details**: Generating, analyzing, and reporting within the project, as well as providing compelling reports demonstrating the overarching value of our work to the Client. ### Must Haves 01. Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with WordPress technical understanding, delivering projects successfully. We do not expect you to run to a developer or technical analyst for simple client questions. You are expected to handle most user-level support yourself. 02. Familiarity working with enterprise clients/solutions. 03. Proven track record managing large/complex projects with successful outcomes. 04. Proficient using Google Workspace (G Suite) products. 05. Knowledge about Project Management Tools (JIRA, GitHub, Asana, Trello, other PMS tools) and Scrum, Agile process understanding. 06. Self-management skills to operate dependably in a Fully Remote working culture, flexibility to work in different time zones based on client’s business needs. 07. Strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written). 08. Well aware of client business goals and objectives. Able to identify strategic opportunities to engage with client teams and stakeholders to collaborate building strong, long-term client relationships. 09.
