Anda akan membangun fungsi ML dari awal di Solidgate, sebuah payment orchestrator yang menangani 20 juta pesanan dan 100 juta transaksi per bulan. - Merancang visi, arsitektur, dan rencana jalan untuk fungsi ML/AI di Solidgate

- Bekerja sama dengan tim Produk, Engineering, dan Data Platform untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemodelan yang sulit dan membangun pipeline pelat
Persyaratan
- 5+ tahun pengalaman dalam ML
- Pengalaman terbukti dalam membangun dan menskalakan fungsi ML
- Dasar-dasar ilmu data yang kuat, gelar master atau PhD dalam disiplin kuantitatif
- Pengalaman praktis dalam merancang dan menjalankan eksperimen, termasuk A/B testing dan desain eksperimen
- Feature engineering pada data transaksional dengan kardinalitas tinggi
- Memimpin secara proaktif, dari ide hingga produksi, dan bekerja dengan lancar di antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan

ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE This is the first dedicated ML leadership role at Solidgate — you won't inherit a function, you'll create one. You'll stand up the ML/AI direction from scratch — the vision, the architecture, and the team — on top of 20M+ orders and 100M+ transactions a month. The next big step is a recommendation engine and a real-time system that decides which acquiring bank routes each transaction. That's the gap you're here to fill. WHAT YOU WILL OWN — The vision, architecture, and roadmap for ML/AI at Solidgate — a true greenfield direction, not a maintenance handover — Building and leading the team, combining new hires with engineers who already carry a deep payments context — A real-time ML decisioning system with direct revenue impact — A recommendation engine and other ML-driven features that lift merchant conversion and revenue — Integrations of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation — Partnership with Product, Engineering, and the Data Platform team (who handle ML Ops) to solve hard modelling problems and build orchestrated training and analytics pipelines — Clear communication of complex results to audiences from engineers to executives OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE — 5+ years in ML — Proven experience building and scaling an ML function — you've done founding-level work before, not just contributed to an existing one — Strong data science fundamentals, a master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline — Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, plus A/B testing and experimentation design — Feature engineering on high-cardinality transactional data — You take the lead proactively, from idea to production, and work fluently across a wide range of stakeholders WHY BECOME A HEAD OF ML AT SOLIDGATE?
