multiple distributed teams.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Software engineering background that empowers you to drive technical decisions within the team and engage with engineers at all levels of seniority to triage, prioritize and implement.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience leading multiple concurrent projects.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience working on frontend platform initiatives e.g. design systems and frontend architectural improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track record of delivering front-end experiences to user-facing products</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record successfully leading and shipping sophisticated user facing experiences on time, using data to inform timelines. .</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight:
