You’ll manage a fast-moving pipeline, engage candidates, and partner closely with hiring managers to keep searches moving with speed and quality.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, execution-focused role with real ownership and visibility. You’ll play a direct role in how we scale Customer Operations and will have the opportunity to improve process, drive hiring outcomes, and grow your recruiting skillset in a fast-moving fintech environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles</li> <li>Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates</li> <li>Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organization and follow-through</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidates, and move roles forward</li> <li>Deliver a clear, responsive, and positive candidate experience from outreach through offer</li> <li>Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline, feedback, and hiring progress</li> <li>Write, publish, and optimize job postings across external platforms</li> <li>Monitor funnel metrics and identify ways to improve conversion and candidate flow</li> <li>Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles</li> <li>Support structured, consistent, and objective hiring practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles</li> <li>Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills</li> <li>Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail</li> <li>Experience using an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter</li> <li>Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring partners</li> <li>Strong organization and ability to keep multiple roles moving at once</li> <li>Comfort using recruiting metrics to track progress and improve outcomes</li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly as hiring needs and priorities evolve</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, including identifying and nurturing high-performing, diverse talent, while fostering an environment of objectivity, open communication, and mutual respect.</li> <li>Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.</li> <li>Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.</li> <li>Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Salary</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Base Compensation Range: $65/hr</li> </ul> <p>This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs.
