AI Product Engineer / Agentic Full-Stack Builder for Growth OS

We’re building Growth OS, an internal revenue growth intelligence platform for ecommerce brands and ecommerce agency operators. Growth OS already includes dashboards and tools for revenue reporting, Triple Whale metrics, Shopify, Meta, TikTok Shop, Skio, ShipStation, Stripe, financial planning, inventory forecasting, fulfillment, creative analysis, ad launching, call notes, roadmaps, SCRUM, post-mortems, and AI Knowledge Agents. I’m looking for an AI-native product engineer who can work directly with me to turn product ideas into shipped features quickly. This is not a “take over the product” role. I will remain the main visionary, product owner, and day-to-day strategist. You’ll be the technical execution partner who helps turn the vision into production-ready software. HOW WE WORK Growth OS is built in a local-first, GitHub-based workflow. The app is developed locally, pushed to GitHub, and deployed through Vercel. You should be comfortable cloning an existing repo, running it locally, working from the terminal, using AI coding agents inside the codebase, creating focused branches or pull requests, reviewing diffs, and walking through work with me on Zoom calls. CURRENT STACK Next.js / React / TypeScript Supabase / Postgres Tailwind / Radix / shadcn-style components Vercel Stripe Vercel AI SDK / OpenAI / Anthropic / Google models Triple Whale, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, Skio, ShipStation, Wise, Klaviyo, ClickUp You do not need to be an expert in every integration, but you should be strong in full-stack product engineering and comfortable learning messy ecommerce APIs. YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU Ship fast without being sloppy Have strong product sense Thoroughly plan and document your plan before you build Can use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, or similar AI coding agents inside a real production codebase Write clean, maintainable code without unnecessary bloat Understand security best practices around auth, permissions, API keys, environment variables, database access, and user data Are comfortable with GitHub, branches, pull requests, Vercel previews, and local development Can work inside an existing codebase without trying to rewrite everything Communicate clearly and proactively Have experience setting up agentic workflows Like ecommerce, growth, reporting, media buying, and operational systems Are comfortable with me being deeply involved in product direction YOU ARE NOT A FIT IF YOU Only build landing pages Need perfect specs before starting Blindly accept AI-generated code without reviewing it Are careless with credentials, database migrations, or permissions Want to become the product owner Over-engineer when a simple useful feature is needed Make bloated code that is hard to maintain ENGAGEMENT Starting as a 90-day contract. Expected commitment: 20–30 hours/week Strong candidates may convert into a long-term retainer or full-time role.
