Solutions Engineering Post Sales
Support post-sales solutions for fleet management clients using Geotab platform
Provide post-sales technical support and solution guidance to Geotab customers, helping them implement and optimize fleet management solutions. Work with clients to integrate vehicle data with their existing systems using Geotab's open platform and Marketplace. Assist in troubleshooting, configuration, and adoption of IoT and connected transportation tools to improve productivity, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in implementing Geotab solutions after sale
- Guide clients on integrating vehicle data with their existing data assets
- Assist in configuring and optimizing fleet management settings
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Geotab hardware and software
- Promote adoption of Geotab Marketplace integrations
- Help clients achieve compliance, safety, and productivity goals
Requirements
- Experience with fleet management or telematics systems
- Understanding of IoT and connected vehicle technologies
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with data integration and API concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and web-based analytics
