X (Twitter) Ads Campaign Setup & Launch Specialist (Execution Only)

We are looking for a freelancer to help us launch X (formerly Twitter) Ads campaigns for a real estate investment project. IMPORTANT: Campaigns must be run from the freelancer’s own advertising account, as our internal ad accounts are dedicated to other projects. Scope of Work: • Implement campaign structure based on instructions we provide (PDF guide) • Configure campaigns exactly as specified • Ensure campaigns are approved and successfully running (clicks go to our website) • If setup issues prevent launch, provide recommendations on what must be adjusted • Confirm campaigns remain active after launch No strategic marketing research is required. No ongoing optimization is required for now. This is primarily a technical execution task. Reporting: We only need basic visibility into campaign performance. Acceptable options include: • CSV exports from the advertising dashboard • Platform reports/screenshots • Account access/visibility if platform permissions allow Budget: Small fixed test budget of $300–500 total for twitter budget + whatever is your fee for setup (chatgpt says it should cost 150-250$ ?). Duration: Short-term project focused only on launch. Potential future cooperation if work is smooth.
