YouTube thumbnail designer for the first video of a new high production value Youtube channel (similar to Johnny Harris, Vox, Max Fisher). Not looking for AI slop or Mr. Beast style nonsense. Strong preference for experience with YouTube thumbnails specifically. Looking for someone to make a handful of different thumbnails we can A/B test. We have hours of 6k footage to pull stills from, plenty of B-roll and archival, etc.
