Overview As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) , you will deliver strategic technical guidance and executional support to enterprise and strategic clients throughout their journey with Rithum. You will serve as the technical complement to the Client Success Manager (CSM), working in close partnership to align technical solutions to business objectives, ensure seamless channel implementation, and drive long-term success through platform optimization and scalable technical strategies.
