Tech Lead, Full-Stack (.NET + Vue) - Geniuslinks

Geniuslink is a SaaS platform specializing in intelligent affiliate link management, localization, and monetization tools for creators, publishers, marketers, and ecommerce businesses. Founded in 2009 (originally as GeoRiot), the company helps users maximize affiliate revenue by automatically routing shoppers to the correct regional storefront, device experience, or retailer based on location and context. You will join a product team focused on delighting thousands of creators and publishers, enabling them to thrive and maximize their earnings from their content. As a Tech Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the team while remaining hands on building user-facing applications and the services behind them. You will help ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of the systems powering Geniuslink. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact features and ensure the team ships reliable, well-architected software. 5+ years building production software with .NET in a professional environment (Framework and Core/.NET 6+). Experience designing and leading implementation of production systems and APIs. Hands-on experience with ServiceStack or ASP.NET MVC for RESTful services and server-rendered features. Experience building SPAs with Vue and modern tooling (Vite/Webpack, TypeScript a plus). Deep understanding of MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, indexing strategies, performance tuning). Strong code review and architectural decision-making skills. Product mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to guide technical direction without direct management responsibilities.
