Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the SEA region
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for service management solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand needs and position Atlassian offerings effectively
  • Achieve individual and team quota targets through consistent pipeline development and deal execution
  • Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding as part of Atlassian’s distributed-first work model

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in technology or SaaS solutions
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Experience managing full sales cycles in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfort with virtual selling and remote engagement processes
  • Familiarity with service management or ITSM solutions is advantageous
