Your role is to transform raw footage into polished, platform-optimised assets, while also managing content creation and community engagement. Video Editing Edit raw footage into: Maintain professional, premium quality Avoid generic templates and AI-style outputs Content Creation (Static & Graphic) Design content for: Develop an evergreen Pinterest strategy Ensure all visuals are on-brand, elegant, and cohesive Community Management Respond to comments and DMs across platforms Proactively engage with aligned accounts to build community Strategy & Planning Contribute to and help lead the monthly content plan Bring platform-specific insights and trends into strategy Attend: Platforms & Responsibilities Instagram — Reels editing, static content, community management TikTok — Video editing and publishing Pinterest — Pin creation, board strategy, evergreen content Facebook — Content creation and publishing YouTube — Long-form video editing + Shorts Quality Standards (Non-Negotiable) All content must be reviewed and approved by Sonum before publishing No AI-looking output — content must feel crafted and human Strong attention to detail: British English must be used consistently A clear review and approval workflow must be established from day one Ideal Background Portfolio demonstrating work with spiritual, wellness, or conscious brands Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) Design experience (Canva or similar) with a refined aesthetic sensibility Proven ability to grow engaged niche communities Structured, proactive communicator How to Apply Please include: A short introduction and why this brand resonates with you 2–3 relevant portfolio examples (accounts or content you’ve managed/created) Your proposed approach: Your rate and availability
