Short-Form Video Editor

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and content creator with a growing platform focused on men's intimacy and relationships. I'm looking for a skilled short-form video editor who can work independently, turn around edits quickly, and build a consistent visual identity across my content. This is approximately 6 to 8 hours per week, contract and remote. I'm open to a flat monthly rate. What you'll be doing: Editing raw footage into polished short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Adding captions, cuts, music, hooks, and keyword overlays. Building and maintaining editing templates based on my brand guide during onboarding. Formatting and designing graphic carousels for Instagram and TikTok. Delivering edited files on a weekly turnaround so content is ready to schedule for the following week. What I'm looking for: -Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools. A clean sense of pacing, typography, and visual hooks. -Experience building consistent templates across a content library. -Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram best practices for short-form video. -Someone organized and reliable who can work from a brief without hand-holding. Not required, but a plus: -Experience working with psychology, wellness, or relationship-focused content. -Familiarity with AI tools for content workflows.
