You will be part of the GLS Group IT Solutions & Architecture unit taking care of our microservice architecture, our API products and our web portals for international parcel logistics around the world. We create modern "API first" and "Cloud first" logistics solutions for our internal organization, partners, and customers. What can you expect with us? You will optimize and troubleshoot SQL Server performance issues across multiple countries and environments, making a direct impact on global operations You will collaborate closely with developers and architects to design high-performance database solutions for new features and applications You will lead and support database migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance throughout the transition You will architect and implement performance improvements for both existing on-premises and cloud-based MS SQL Server environments You will work with cutting-edge database technologies and cloud platforms (
