Senior Designer for AI and Web3 Tech Clients

About the role Stuudio is looking for a senior designer to join our team part-time to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role if it feels like a great fit on both sides. We’re a small, senior-only design studio working with ambitious startups across AI, Web3, fintech, and tech. We do brand, product, and web, and we care a lot about making work that's awesome and memorable. This is not a big agency role with layers of management and a bunch of process. Our team is lean, collaborative, and highly design-focused. We care about taste, strong thinking, attention to detail, and people who can take ownership and make great work without needing to be heavily managed. We’re looking for someone with strong visual instincts, high standards, and the ability to work across brand, web, and product at a high level. What you’ll do Design high-quality brand, product, and web work for startup clients Take ideas and direction and turn them into polished, thoughtful design Create landing pages, product UI, brand systems, and other digital assets with a strong eye for detail Work closely with a small senior team that genuinely cares about the craft Help push the quality of the work and contribute to the overall creative standard of the studio Manage your time well, communicate clearly, and work smoothly in an async environment What we’re looking for Strong experience across product, web, and brand A portfolio that shows real taste and high-end visual work Strong typography, composition, and attention to detail Someone who can think conceptually but also execute cleanly Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Excited by startups, fast-moving environments, and a small team with a high bar Why Stuudio We’ve built Stuudio to be lean, senior, and design-led.
