Seeking Talented UI/UX Designer | Multi-Month Website Redesign Engagement

The Project We're a boutique branding and web design studio working with a global performance marketing agency on a full website redesign. This is a large, complex engagement and we're looking for a talented designer who can own it from start to finish. The scope includes roughly 20 core pages, a full CMS architecture with hundreds of templated pages, and visual asset creation for 30+ case studies. This is not a maintenance project. We're building an entirely new website ecosystem from the ground up in Figma. What You'll Be Doing Designing the full website from scratch in Figma, including all core pages, templates, and CMS-driven layouts. Creating a comprehensive component library built for handoff and scalability. Developing visual assets and layout treatments for 30+ case studies and . Collaborating closely with our team through two major rounds of client revisions. Contributing to the overall design system including typography, color application, spacing, and motion. Our client has developed three proprietary software platforms that are central to their business and brand. These tools are powerful, technically sophisticated, and currently invisible on their website. A significant part of this engagement is bringing them to life visually in a way that communicates their capability and complexity without a single line of explanation. This means creating world-class SaaS-style UI graphics, data visualizations, and motion design sequences that make each platform feel as impressive as it actually is. Who You Are You have 5+ years of experience designing high-performing B2B websites. You think in systems first and components second. You have an exceptional eye for brand, color, and typography and know how to apply them with intention. You're tidy, organized, and your Figma files are something you're proud to hand off. You have strong motion graphics and prototyping skills and know how to bring a design to life before a single line of code is written. You work well independently and don't need hand-holding to move a project forward. Nice to Have Experience working with or designing for agency, SaaS, or technology brands. Familiarity with Webflow and how design decisions translate to the build. A portfolio that includes large-scale website systems rather than individual page designs.
