Seeking Freelance Branding & Graphic Designer For Ongoing Projects

I am the principal and founder of Jen Clark Design (JCD), a 15 year old, award-winning branding, design and digital growth business based in Melbourne, Australia. In recent months, we have had an increasing number of enquiries from new clients of all sizes, at all stages of the business journey and from varied industry sectors seeking bespoke branding (brand identity design, brand guidelines development, brand strategy) and graphic design (print and digital design solutions including publications, document templates and corporate stationery). We are also ourselves launching a refreshed company brand identity, website and related collateral in the coming months. I am seeking to build a small team (2-3 people, ideally) of reliable, creative, experienced and efficient freelance designers to assist me with client projects on an ongoing basis as our practice continues to grow. Each person in this team should have ideally 5+ years of experience working on branding and graphic design projects for a diverse range of clients, with a personal portfolio that showcases clean, modern, professional and innovative work applied to a variety of contexts and settings (print, digital, environmental and otherwise). It is really important to note that this work should've been completed by YOU personally in its entirety. Larger-scale projects on which you were a collaborator or contributor are not what I'm seeking here. The work / projects you showcase should directly reflect your personal skills, strengths and creative work - not that of a larger group of people. JCD is a firmly values-driven studio, so we have no interest in working with clients who don't share our ethos. Doing work for clients aiming to do some good in the world - whether it's in healthcare, education, law, the not-for-profit sector, architecture, the environment, community services or hospitality - is absolutely our sweet spot and the work we get the most satisfaction from. It would be great if whomever joins our team has similar values and sensibilities.
