Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Lead Generation & Closing I'm a full stack web developer looking for an experienced SDR to help grow my client base. You'll handle the entire sales process — from identifying potential clients to closing deals — while I focus on technical delivery. What you'll do: Research and identify potential clients (startups, small businesses, founders who need web apps or websites) Reach out via LinkedIn, cold email, or your preferred channel Run discovery calls to understand client needs Close deals and hand over to me for technical scoping and delivery Maintain consistent outreach — this is an ongoing role You're a good fit if: You have B2B sales or outreach experience, preferably in tech or digital services You're comfortable running discovery calls independently You understand basic tech concepts enough to have a conversation with a founder You're self-motivated and results driven What to expect: Flexible hours — work at your own pace Long term collaboration, not a one time gig Full support from me on technical questions during calls
