Remote Outreach Specialist (Cold Email, LinkedIn & Social Media)

About the position Zen Lingo Lab is seeking a results-driven Outreach Specialist to join our team remotely. This part-time role focuses on generating leads for our Systeme.io automation service. You will be responsible for managing cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement to attract prospects towards a demo video. No cold calling is required. What you’ll accomplish Build and maintain lead lists targeting language teachers, coaches, and small school owners. Execute daily cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Mailshake. Conduct LinkedIn outreach through automation tools such as HeyReach, Expandi, or Dripify. Engage in relevant Facebook groups and online communities. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads. Send demo video links to qualified prospects. Track and report daily/weekly metrics including opens, replies, and meetings booked.
