Presentation & Video Template Designer

About HeyGen HeyGen is the leading AI video creation platform, used by 40,000+ businesses to produce studio-quality videos without cameras or crews. Our users include marketers, L&D teams, sales orgs, and product teams who need fast, polished video — and our template library is the first thing they touch. What We're Building We're expanding and elevating our in-platform template library across six core video categories: Training, Corporate, Marketing, Sales, Product Explainers, and How-To Videos. We want these templates to set a new standard for what AI-generated video can look like — bold, contemporary, and immediately usable. We're also looking for help designing internal presentations (sales decks, strategy materials, product storytelling) that match the same visual bar. What You'll Work On Design polished, on-brand video templates across our platform's template categories — layouts, type treatments, motion-ready visual systems Collaborate with our internal design team to ensure templates feel cohesive and elevated across categories Support in-house presentation design for sales, marketing, and exec-facing materials Work within HeyGen's brand guidelines while pushing the creative quality of each template What We're Looking For A strong portfolio showing motion-aware or video-adjacent design — not just static decks Experience designing scalable template systems (not one-off presentations) An eye for contemporary, editorial visual design — bold layouts, expressive typography, clean motion principles Ability to work quickly and iteratively in a sprint-based environment Bonus: experience designing for SaaS platforms or video tools; familiarity with HeyGen or similar AI video platforms Engagement We work in focused sprints with fast turnaround. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running and produce multiple polished templates per week alongside our existing team.
