Part-time Social Media & Community Manager for Wellness Brands

We're a small, LA-based team with a lot going on: (enzymes), (sexual wellness), a couple of pelvic wellness brands, and even work for an independent documentary. More projects on the way. We need someone who's personable, resourceful, genuinely good with people — and a sharp writer and editor. Part of the work is outreach: finding the right people, reaching out, building real relationships, and being a warm, authentic face for the brands. The other big part is words — you'll be editing copy across the brands (including helping shape and edit our long-form editorial journal for lovingsex.com), writing and polishing captions, posting content, engaging in communities, and managing ongoing partnerships. We're an AI-forward team and we'd love someone who's comfortable with that and curious about it. The details😍 • $40/hr, 10–20 hrs/week to start — more as things click • Flexible schedule — work when you want, with a sync or two a week to stay aligned • Remote, US only — LA is a major bonus but not necessary • A lot of room to grow — ideally you want to grow with the brands What we're looking for😍 • Experience managing social media and doing outreach for brands • Great communication and genuine interpersonal warmth • Strong writing and copy editing chops — you can take a rough draft, catch tone issues and typos, and shape voice across different brands • Editorial instinct — you can shape a long-form draft, hold a point of view, and edit other people's writing without losing their voice • Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit are second nature to you • Self-directed • AI-forward — you use AI tools or are eager to learn • Comfortable tracking hours and outreach activity weekly — we don't micromanage, but accountability matters
