We are looking for a part-time Community Engagement + Beta Coordinator to help manage the beta experience and support ongoing community engagement after launch. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build trust in online communities, encourage conversation, collect feedback, and create a safe, supportive user experience. Responsibilities During beta, you will help with: Welcoming beta users and helping them understand how to use the app Encouraging users to test key features, including buddy chats, community boards, affirmations, journaling, and meditations Posting thoughtful conversation starters inside the community Tracking feedback, bugs, questions, and user suggestions Organizing feedback into clear summaries for the founder Identifying patterns in what users like, where they feel confused, and what could improve Helping the community feel active, supportive, and emotionally safe After beta, this role may continue with: Weekly community prompts Light moderation New user welcome messages Engagement tracking Support around community moments, fertility awareness dates, workshops, or campaigns Ongoing feedback and retention insights Ideal experience Experience in any of the following would be helpful: Community management Beta testing coordination Social media or online community engagement Women’s health, fertility, motherhood, wellness, or mental health spaces Customer support or member experience User feedback collection Managing Facebook groups, forums, app communities, or online memberships Fertility experience is a plus, but not required. Emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong communication matter most. We’re looking for someone who is: Warm, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and self-directed Comfortable with sensitive topics A strong written communicator Able to spot patterns in user feedback Comfortable working closely with a founder Supportive, modern, and non-clinical in tone Time commitment Beta phase: approximately 5–10 hours per week for 3–4 weeks Ongoing phase: approximately 3–6 hours per week, depending on launch needs and community growth To apply Please share: A short note about why this role interests you Any relevant community, beta, social media, or user engagement experience Your hourly rate or project rate Your availability over the next 4–6 weeks Any experience or understanding of the fertility/women’s health space, if applicable
