We’re a performance-focused agency looking for a graphic designer who specializes in paid media ads that convert. This is not a brand design or logo role. We need someone who can produce high volumes of ad creative for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid platforms — fast, and with an eye for what actually performs. You’ll work alongside media buyers and copywriters to concept and execute static, animated, and video-based ad creative. You’ll iterate quickly based on performance data and be comfortable producing dozens of variants a week. You’re a fit if you: ∙ Have 1-2+ years designing paid media / direct response creative ∙ Can show a portfolio of real ads (not just brand work) ∙ Know what makes someone stop scrolling and click ∙ Work fast without losing quality ∙ Treat performance data as creative feedback, not criticism Not a fit if: you prefer slow, high-polish brand projects over high-volume performance creative.
