Design Studio seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with strong print and production sensibilities to support ongoing client work across physical and marketing touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating established brands into polished real-world applications - from conference materials and brochures to packaging, signage, and branded collateral. You’ll receive clear creative direction and existing visual systems to work within, while still having room to contribute thoughtful execution and detail-oriented design decisions. What you'll do: Design conference collateral, brochures, banners, packaging, and marketing materials Extend existing brand systems across physical touchpoints Prepare production-ready print files Adapt layouts across multiple formats and dimensions Maintain consistency across applications and deliverables It's a great fit if: You have 3–5 years of print or production design experience You understand CMYK, Pantones, bleed setup, and print prep workflows You can work efficiently within existing visual systems You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable handling production details You have a sharp eye for layout, spacing, and typography
