SWAGO () is a custom apparel and promotional products company based in South Florida, est. 1986. We serve B2B clients (contractors, trades, corporate, restaurants) and DTC buyers ordering custom screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and promo items. Not print-on-demand — real production, nearly 40 years in business, growing ecommerce channel. Sweet spot is businesses ordering 24-500+ pieces. The Role Own our paid acquisition — primarily Meta, Google PPC is a bonus. We're running ~$1K/month on Meta at ~4x ROAS with strong results in trades/HVAC verticals. GA4 and Microsoft Clarity are live. Add-to-cart conversion sits around 2%. The baseline is profitable. We need someone who can scale spend into new verticals without killing efficiency, and who understands that a custom/configured product sells differently than a standard ecommerce SKU. We don't want button-pushers. We want someone who can explain why a campaign structure will work for this business, thinks about funnel architecture and creative strategy together, and flags site-level conversion issues instead of just optimizing CPMs. To Apply Skip the generic pitch.
