Lead Designer – Brand, UI/UX, Game, Web & Campaign Remote / freelance / milestone-based We are building a browser-first, phone-only social multiplayer platform for 2–4 players. The first commercial launch centers around a premium party/game experience, featuring one core mode and 2 additional modes. We are looking for one strong lead designer who can shape the full launch across visual identity and UX, ensuring everything comes from one consistent design line: brand, product, game UI, website and campaign. Scope Brand identity for the platform Positioning of the first launch experience within that brand Mobile-first UX flows for: In-game UI for the core experience and 2 additional modes Launch web design for: Social / campaign assets Small set of branded collateral (e.g. business card, poster) Figma design system + developer handoff Important The platform brand is the master brand The first launch experience is the first product within that ecosystem, not a standalone brand The design approach should scale to future packs, modes and launch products Product context This product is built around real-time multiplayer interaction in mobile browsers. Think shared timers, instant group feedback, shared game states, and frictionless entry through a link or QR code. UX should not only look strong, but also work well for: speed clarity under time pressure group dynamics short-session play instant understanding on mobile flows around joining, waiting, playing, rematching and sharing We are looking for someone who understands how timing, tension, multiplayer behavior and conversion come together in one product experience. We are looking for someone strong in brand systems mobile-first product UX game-like UI consumer web social / campaign design Figma systems / developer handoff This is not for branding-only designers UX-only designers isolated screen designers desktop-first thinkers generic startup aesthetics without game feel designers strong in visuals but weak in product flows or systems thinking Timing Selection will take place during the current technical validation phase (Milestone 1). Design work is expected to start immediately after validation.
