Position Overview Are you a people person with an eye for detail and a passion for getting things done? We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and curious Junior Account Manager to join our fully remote team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Account Managers to build strong client relationships, keep projects running smoothly, and make sure deliverables hit the mark. You’ll be the link between our clients and internal teams—helping ideas turn into results and learning the ins and outs of client management along the way. This is the perfect opportunity if you’re early in your career and eager to grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience across industries, sharpen your communication and project coordination skills, and set yourself up for a future as a full-fledged Account Manager. What you’ll do: Support Senior Account Managers in day-to-day client communications and project coordination Help track deliverables, timelines, and feedback to keep projects on schedule Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met (and exceeded!) Assist with reporting, documentation, and follow-ups Learn best practices in account management, client strategy, and teamwork What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
