Use AI tools to monitor 20+ channels, surface relevant threads, and draft responses for your review. Hire and manage a content freelancer (~20%). Budget: $500-1,500/month. Find someone in Buenos Aires or Floripa who can make more content. You write the briefs ("film yourself scanning a QR at this café, show the rate comparison"), review the output, and use AI to repurpose each piece across TikTok, Reels, Twitter, and Instagram. Hire and manage a BA ambassador (~15%). Budget: $300-600/month.
