Graphic Designer for Personal Brands

About Us Unserious is a creative content agency that works with established founders, creators, and thought leaders to build and manage their personal brands. We move fast, we care deeply about quality, and we treat our clients like media companies. The Role We're looking for a Graphic Designer to execute design work across multiple agency clients. This is a part-time contract role that will expand into full-time hours. We provide consistent hours, consistent work, and room to grow with a fast-scaling agency. You'll be working from creative briefs and brand direction provided by our team. Your job is to execute quickly, accurately, and without hand-holding. What You'll Be Doing Designing social media graphics (carousels, static posts) Building and adapting Canva templates Creating YouTube thumbnails and banner assets Supporting pitch decks and presentations Light brand asset creation as needed Implementing feedback efficiently and on deadline You're the Right Fit If You: Are Canva-proficient (this is required, not optional) Understand what performs visually on social media, you're chronically online and it shows in your work Communicate proactively; if something's unclear, you ask. If you're going to miss a deadline, you say so in advance. Have experience working across multiple brands or clients at once Are available during EST hours Don't know how to use remote tools like Notion and Slack This Role Is NOT For You If: You need a lot of hand-holding to get started You've never managed multiple client deliverables simultaneously Deadlines are suggestions to you To Apply Send your portfolio and a short note on why you're a fit.
