Full-Time Framer Developer / Designer

The Role We’re looking for a Framer Developer / Designer who can deliver both: High-end design (not templates) Clean, fast, scalable builds in Framer This is a hybrid role where design quality matters just as much as execution. What You’ll Do Design and build websites and landing pages in Framer Create modern, high-end UI/UX with strong visual direction Translate brand and strategy into clear, conversion-driven design Build scalable page structures and CMS setups in Framer Implement interactions, animations, and polished details Work with growth teams on funnels, campaigns, and experiments Continuously optimize based on performance and user behavior What We’re Looking For Strong experience in Framer Strong skills in Figma Proven ability to deliver high-quality, modern design Good understanding of UX/UI and conversion principles Ability to balance aesthetics + performance Experience with landing pages, funnels, and digital products Bonus: Webflow, Shopify, or basic frontend knowledge How You Work You care about design quality and details You think in systems, not just single pages You understand that design = business impact You move fast, but keep things structured You take ownership and improve things proactively What You Get Work on projects across tech, e-commerce, B2B, and more High ownership and real influence on output A team that values both strategy and design quality Opportunity to grow into a lead role Apply Send: Portfolio (Framer work required) Short intro Any case where design improved performance
