About the Role: Work directly with our CTO (you'll report to him technically but we are looking for someone who will be more like a peer and a thought partner to the CTO, instead of it being a mentor <> mentee relationship) Fully remote (CET-friendly timezone) Tech stack: Fastify (used to be Node.js), Postgres, React, React Native, GCP, (a few services built using n8n) We are an AI-first company when it comes to development and problemsolving What We’re Looking For: 5+ years experience (startup background is a plus) Ability to own full features and scope end-to-end, FE & BE & DB You need to be proficient with AI coding tools (e.g. claude code, codex, cursor, etc) You need to be very strong on BE not just FE This is a full-time role About our startup (ReMatch): Backed by 500 Global (top 3 startup accelerator) Remote-first: CEO/CPO in Dubai, CTO in Portugal More info: We are a small but mighty team of 5 (CEO, CTO, CPO, Ops, Full-Stack Eng)—you’ll be the 6th (we are focusing on always keeping the team as lean as possible and we've been able to deliver a lot with such a small crew where everyone has high agency and high impact.)
