Working closely with world-class brands spanning many industries, we meet target audiences where they are to help our partners build trust, shift minds, and win hearts. Project Overview We are seeking an experienced freelance web programmer to build a new, highly branded agency website using Squarespace. We are currently transitioning our web presence from Webflow, so the ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Squarespace development while also possessing enough familiarity with Webflow to seamlessly migrate our current content, architecture, and assets to the new platform. What We Will Provide You will not be designing in a silo. Our team will supply: Complete UI and UX design support (high-fidelity mockups/prototypes). All brand assets, including logos, typography, imagery, and comprehensive style guidelines. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and launch a custom, heavily branded website on Squarespace based on provided UI/UX designs. Navigate our existing Webflow backend to extract and migrate current website content, CMS data, and assets over to Squarespace. Ensure the site is fully responsive, optimized for both mobile and desktop, and adheres to modern web accessibility standards. Collaborate directly with our internal design team to ensure the platform perfectly executes the creative vision and brand aesthetic. Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure seamless functionality across all major browsers and devices prior to the site's launch. Requirements Proven, demonstrable expertise in Squarespace development (custom CSS, deep knowledge of Squarespace capabilities and limitations). Familiarity with Webflow's interface and CMS to effectively audit, export, and migrate existing content. A strong understanding of web best practices, responsive design, and technical SEO preservation during site migrations as well as digital design savvy. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work smoothly with our designers. Must operate as an independent freelancer.
