We're looking for a Freelance Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to take creative ownership of client work and grow with us long-term. You're a strong fit if you: Build brand identities from scratch — logo systems, brand guidelines, and full collateral rollout Design print and digital marketing materials with production-ready confidence Create web design mockups that show real layout thinking (no development required) Communicate clearly, ask smart questions before diving in, and take ownership of your work Are comfortable eventually directing a production designer on execution tasks Core Skills / Non-negotiable: Brand Identity Logo Design Print Design Graphic Design Typography Important Skills but secondary: Web Design Marketing Collateral Art Direction What we offer: Project-based contract work to start, with a clear path to a monthly retainer A focused niche — you'll build deep expertise in real estate and architectural development A collaborative team that handles client communications so you can focus on the craft Room to grow into a creative lead role as the agency scales To apply, please send your portfolio and include 3 specific pieces you're most proud of with a brief note on why each one.
