About the position Bubblebee Industries, a premium pro-audio accessories brand for the film, broadcast and content-creation world (designed and made in Latvia, founded by a production sound mixer), is hiring a freelance graphic designer to design a new printed Thank You card that ships inside our product boxes. It is a small piece but a real brand touchpoint: the first thing a customer sees when they open premium gear, so it should feel as considered and crafted as the product itself - clean, minimal, professional, with warmth. Scope Deliverable: one universal Thank You card design, used across all product boxes (not a per-product family). Concepts: 2 distinct initial visual concepts for us to choose from. Revisions: 2 rounds of refinement on the chosen concept. What we provide: final card copy/wording, plus our brand assets - logo, colour palette, typography, and our website () as visual reference. We do not have a formal brand-guideline document; the assets and site are the reference point, so a designer who can read and extend a brand from existing material will do well here. What you produce: the visual design and layout, and your recommended print specification. Print specifications We do not impose fixed print specs - we want your recommendation. Constraints: The card must physically fit inside our product boxes (final dimensions to be agreed with the chosen designer before production). Must be delivered print-ready: CMYK, correct bleed and safe margins, suitable for a commercial print run. Recommend the dimensions, paper stock/weight, finish, and single- vs double-sided treatment that best fit a premium unboxing feel. Deliverables 2 initial concepts, then a refined final design after 2 revision rounds. Print-ready files (PDF/X or equivalent) plus editable source files (Adobe Illustrator/InDesign or Figma). A short note with your recommended print specification. What we're looking for Strong print and packaging design portfolio with a refined, restrained aesthetic. Ability to extend an existing brand cohesively from assets rather than a formal guideline deck. Clear communication and reliable turnaround. When applying, please share a portfolio with relevant print/packaging work and your estimated cost and timeline for the scope above.
