We integrate with tools like Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote, and we're growing fast across paid and organic channels. The Role We're looking for a skilled Framer designer to build high-converting landing pages on an ongoing hourly retainer. These pages will serve both SEO and paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You'll be working alongside our existing SEO specialist and growth team — so you don't need to be an SEO strategist, but you should understand the basics of building pages that perform well in search. We have a library of pre-built components that can be reused for most pages, so a lot of the work is assembling pages from existing elements. That said, some pages will require custom sections or unique design work depending on the use case. Engagement Structure This is an hourly retainer, expected to start around 10–20 hours/month depending on volume. Hours may flex up or down based on our landing page pipeline. We're looking for someone who can be responsive and turn pages around quickly when needed. What You'll Do Build landing pages in Framer, primarily by assembling and adapting our existing component library Design custom sections or elements when a page calls for something beyond what's already built Ensure all pages are fast, responsive, and follow SEO-friendly design principles (clean heading hierarchy, optimized images, proper meta structure) Collaborate asynchronously with our growth and SEO team to align pages with keyword strategy and ad messaging Iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback
