Framer Developer - 3-Page Site, Long-Term Potential

I run a small studio building websites and sales pages for creators, experts, and founders. Framer is our clients' tool of choice, and it's where most of our work lives. Looking for an independent Framer developer (not agencies, please) to start with one project. The first project A 3-page Framer website. Tight scope, shipped within ~a week, including QA. Desktop and mobile designs are ready in Figma. What I'm looking for Pixel-perfect eye. The live site should feel like a copy-paste from Figma. You spot the misalignments before we do. Patient and detail-driven. Either you nail it the first time because you're a perfectionist, or you handle multiple QA rounds without losing steam. Tiny fixes aren't friction. They're the job. Organization is your middle name. Layers, frames, components, CMS collections. All named and structured so any teammate (or future you) can open the file and get oriented in 30 seconds. Builds for non-technical clients. Founders should be able to swap copy, change images, and add CMS items without breaking anything. Smart components, clean CMS, intuitive labels. REAL Framer expert.
