We're hiring: Fractional Growth Marketer Coreli (https://coreli.ai) is a beautiful, curated landing page builder for creators, brands, and professionals. Think of it as the premium replacement for Linktree — a page that actually looks like you, built from your existing content in minutes. We have 350+ paying subscribers and we're growing steadily. Now we're ready to pour fuel on it. Founded by Thomas Berolzheimer (15+ years in the creator economy, growth and partnerships) and Chloé Watts (15+ years building digital infrastructure for creators, built the entire Coreli platform). We're a small, fast-moving team: two co-founders, a Head of Customer Success, and a Social Media Manager. What We're Looking For A fractional growth marketer for 3–6 months who is both strategic and hands-on. You set the playbook AND execute it. You tell us what to do, then help us do it. The Ideal Profile → SaaS growth background — you were early at a tool like Flodesk, Later, Planoly, Stan, or similar creator/SMB SaaS → Knows the creator/influencer world — even if your career has been in SaaS, you understand content creators, personal brands, and social-first audiences. You're always up to date with what's trending → Comfortable with AI tools — we use Claude, Perplexity, etc. daily. You should be multiplying your output with AI → Strategy + execution — can build a 90-day growth plan and also write the landing page copy, set up the email sequence, and coordinate a launch campaign → ROI-oriented — product marketing and growth marketing, not just brand marketing. You measure what you do What You'd Own Included but not limited to: → Growth strategy: Where do our next 1,000 users come from? What channels, what order, what messaging? → Launch campaigns: We have features dropping regularly. You'd plan and run the campaigns around them → Content direction: Guide Thomas, Chloé, and our Social Media Manager on what to post, when, and why. → Referral program: We have a referral link on every Coreli site. How do we make creators want to promote it? → Community: We just ran a 100+ person "Press Publish" challenge. How do we keep that group alive and growing? → Funnel optimisation: Our V2 signup flow converts better but needs more traffic to prove it. You diagnose and fix the conversion path What You're Not Doing → No paid media (organic only for now) → No product/engineering work (though your input is always welcome) Compensation: Freelance/contract.
