We're looking for a designer to help us finish Figma files for a website revamp for ORIS, a B2B SaaS platform in the carbon/sustainability infrastructure space Context: Our internal team (including our in-house web designer) has built the bulk of the designs already. We need an extra pair of hands to finish the more complex modules. You'll be working directly alongside our web designer, not solo. Think of this as a collaborative sprint to get the remaining pieces across the finish line. The final website will live on HubSpot CMS, but this job is focused specifically on completing the remaining module designs in Figma. You'll be working with existing files and design direction already in place, so the priority is polishing and finishing what's there, not starting from scratch. This doesn't mean you don't have a word on the overall design system and choices, of course. We want an external POV to get the website just right. The modules cover key website pages and components, including: homepage, platform pages (capabilities, compliance, integrations), solutions pages (by sector and persona), resources hub, case study templates, and other page types. The design needs to feel established and credible (not startup-y), modern but professional, and appropriate for a conservative B2B audience in engineering and infrastructure. You should be comfortable: - Collaborating closely with an in-house designer who owns the design system - Picking up complex module designs from existing Figma files and finishing them - Designing for multiple page types (landing pages, listing pages, content pages) - Delivering clean, developer-ready Figma files that can be built into HubSpot CMS modules - Ensuring mobile-responsive designs (33% of traffic is mobile) Experience with HubSpot CMS design constraints is a plus but not required. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or infrastructure/sustainability sectors is a bonus.
