Looking for a video editor who lives and breathes paid social. You'll be cutting high-converting ads for Meta and TikTok at speed — winning angles, hooks that stop the scroll, and pacing that drives CTR. You should have: Proven track record editing ads that actually convert (not just "look good") Fluent in the latest AI tools — Higgsfield, Runway, ElevenLabs, Topaz, etc. Fast turnaround — days, not weeks Strong instinct for hooks, retention curves, and CTAs Comfort iterating on winners (variants, hook swaps, format flips) Bonus: Background editing for DR / performance brands UGC + static-to-video workflows Ability to source/repurpose creator footage Part-time, but can grow into full-time.
