The Role We're hiring a creative strategist to build the content engine that pulls DTC founders, operators, and agency owners into Olivia's pipeline. Every clip is 100% AI-generated — no shoots, no actors, no on-camera production. Benson appears as a HeyGen avatar of himself; everything else is built in Olivia, Higgsfield, Runway, and Opus Pro. This role is structured to start part-time or project-based, ramping into a full-time position as we build momentum together. The first 30–60 days are about proving the model — output, quality, and pipeline contribution. Once that's clicking, this becomes a full-time seat on the founding content team with base + performance + vested equity. You'll own every piece end-to-end — strategy, script, AI generation, edit, post, ship. We're not splitting this role between a strategist and an editor. We need both in the same person. Someone who thinks like a performance marketer who happens to produce content, and who can sit in Premiere or DaVinci at the same level they can sit in a strategy doc. Every piece starts with one question: what's the business outcome? Not views. Not likes. Demos booked. Paid trials started. Agency conversations opened. You'll own AI-generated founder-led video for our CEO, DTC-targeted short-form across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, live Olivia teardowns and build-with-me content, and the testing system that decides what gets scaled and what gets cut. The competitive advantage is the stack. You'll have access to the strongest AI creative tooling on the market — HeyGen for AI avatars and A-roll, Higgsfield for cinematic motion, Opus Pro for clip selection and repurposing, Runway for generative video, plus Olivia herself for every still asset, thumbnail, and overlay you'll ever need. Post in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, or DaVinci. The goal isn't to do more with less. It's to ship at a velocity no agency or in-house team running traditional production can match. What You'll Own Content strategy built around the DTC founder and agency operator buyer — not trends, not algorithm guessing. Hooks, angles, and CTAs mapped to where they are in the funnel. Scripting and creative direction for every piece — AI-avatar founder-led talking head, AI-avatar B-roll, motion-graphic explainers, and live Olivia teardowns. All clips AI-generated. End-to-end production using fully AI-native workflows. AI avatars in HeyGen, motion in Higgsfield and Runway, generative stills and overlays in Olivia, repurposing in Opus Pro. Post in Premiere or DaVinci. No shoots, no actors, no studio overhead. Posting and distribution strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — cadence, copy, and platform-native adaptations included. Hook testing and performance iteration. Multiple hooks per concept. Real performance data drives every next decision. Winners get scaled, losers get cut fast. The proof loop. When a piece drives demos or trial signups, you document why and turn it into the template for the next ten. Target output: 20–25 unique creatives per week across formats, without dropping in quality. Scope, Output & Commitment This is a full end-to-end creative strategy and production role, not execution-only. You own the system from buyer research → angle → script → AI generation → cut → ship → measure → iterate. We are not handing you a brief and asking you to edit it. We're handing you the audience, the product, and the tooling and asking you to build the engine. 100% AI-generated production. Every clip is built in HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Opus Pro, and Olivia. No on-camera shoots, no actors, no studio days. Benson appears as an AI avatar of himself. Your edit ties it all together in Premiere or DaVinci. Engagement structure This role starts part-time or project-based and ramps into a full-time position as we build momentum together. Phase 1 — Project / Part-Time (Weeks 1–4): 15–25 hours per week. Prove the model: build the angle library, ship the first batch of creatives, stand up the publishing system. Paid as a project fee or weekly retainer based on your rate. Phase 2 — Expanded Part-Time (Weeks 5–10): 25–35 hours per week as output volume scales and pipeline contribution becomes measurable. Monthly retainer. Phase 3 — Full-Time (Week 10–12 onward): 40+ hours per week. Founding content team seat with base + performance incentives tied to pipeline contribution + vested equity in Olivia AI. The full-time conversion isn't conditional on a vibe — it's on the work. If the system is producing predictable inbound and the proof loop is real, we move to full-time. We've designed the ramp so you can de-risk the bet from your side too. Weekly output target (at full cadence) 20–25 unique AI-generated creatives per week, roughly broken down as: 3–5 AI-avatar founder-led short-form pieces — Benson's HeyGen avatar, scripted by you, full post-production including AI-generated B-roll, captions, sound design. 5–8 AI-avatar and motion-graphic shorts — additional HeyGen personas, Higgsfield and Runway motion, Olivia for stills and overlays. 2–3 live Olivia teardowns or build-with-me clips — longer-form (60–120s) demonstrating Olivia generating real creative for real brands. Screen-record + AI-avatar voiceover, edited by you. 5–10 repurposed cuts — Opus Pro pulls from your longer-form library (which you'll be building from week one — we don't have a podcast yet). 1–2 paid ad creative tests — native-format for Meta and TikTok, hook-first, fully AI-generated, built for performance iteration. Monthly at full cadence that's ~80–100 unique pieces, plus platform-native adaptations across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (300+ posts shipped monthly when distribution is included). During Phase 1 part-time, expect roughly half this volume while you ramp on tooling, voice, and the angle library. Time commitment Phase 1: 15–25 hrs/week Phase 2: 25–35 hrs/week Phase 3 / Full-Time: 40+ hrs/week Sync cadence: 2–3 working sessions per week with Benson (strategy, script review, performance) and Nabeel (brand, visual direction). Async otherwise. Time zone: Strong overlap with Pacific or Eastern preferred. We're remote-first but the founder loop is real-time. Reporting line Direct to Benson (CEO) with creative direction synced with Nabeel (Head of Product & Brand). No middle layer, no committee. Tools You'll Work With AI video / avatars: HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Opus Pro Generative creative: Olivia (full access — ads, social, motion, product, landing pages, all of it) Post: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve Voice / audio: ElevenLabs and equivalents Distribution & analytics: Buffer, Typefully, native platform analytics, internal pipeline attribution You're a Fit If You've operated inside a DTC brand or agency, or founded one yourself. Non-negotiable. You have to know the buyer because you've been the buyer. We're not training someone on what it feels like to run a brand. You're a strong hands-on editor in Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Sound design, motion graphics, captions, color, pacing — you own the cut. No outsourcing any part of post. You've built content systems that drove measurable business outcomes for at least two founders or DTC brands — pipeline, leads, revenue. Not impressions. You think in terms of buyer psychology before you think in terms of edits. You can explain why a hook works to the specific person you're trying to reach. You've shipped 20+ unique creatives per week before, and the production quality held. You're fluent in AI creative tooling — HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Opus Pro — or you can demonstrate you'll be fluent inside two weeks. You can write a script that doesn't read like a script. You read performance data and act on it without ego. Bonus Points A reel that includes content you produced and the actual business outcomes it drove. Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market — LinkedIn-led, founder-led, demand-gen sequencing. You've used AI avatars in real production work and know exactly where they shine and where they fall apart. You've run paid creative testing on Meta or TikTok at meaningful spend. Strong motion design chops in After Effects — kinetic typography, transitions, branded end cards. You're Not a Fit If We're being honest, not harsh. The right people read this list and feel relieved. You need a content calendar handed to you. There isn't one. You build the inbound system from a blank page — angles, hooks, formats, cadence, the whole stack. You separate strategy from execution. Everyone at Olivia does both. This role especially. If "ideas" and "the cut" are different people in your workflow, that workflow doesn't exist here. You measure success in views, likes, and engagement. Vanity metrics are not the win. Pipeline is. If you can't sit in a pipeline review and tell us which piece drove which demo, this isn't the seat. Your AI use starts and ends with prompting ChatGPT. We ship in HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Opus Pro, and Olivia daily. We need an architect of the stack, not someone we're teaching the basics to. You think AI-native content should look like a corporate ad. The edge is creative that looks native to LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reels — not polished broadcast. If your instinct is to glossy-up every cut, you'll fight the format the whole time. You need shoots, actors, studios, or a production crew to do your best work. Olivia produces 100% AI-generated content — that's the entire edge. If your portfolio falls apart without a five-figure budget and a film day per piece, this isn't it. You need consensus before you ship. Direction comes from Benson and Nabeel; feedback is fast and direct. Permission isn't part of the loop. You want to outsource the edit. No one is cutting your work for you. If post-production is something you "manage" rather than do, this isn't the seat. What You Get Direct partnership with Benson (CEO) and Nabeel (Head of Product & Brand). No middle layer. You're shaping the voice of the company at the moment it's being built. The best AI creative stack available, including Olivia. A product that actually works — every clip you produce is grounded in something real you can show. No vaporware demos. Founder access. You'll sit in on customer calls, see the pipeline, and watch your work convert directly into revenue. Compensation: Project fee or weekly retainer during Phase 1, monthly retainer in Phase 2, full-time package (base + performance incentives tied to pipeline contribution + vested equity in Olivia AI) on conversion. Specific numbers are agreed in the first call based on your proposed rate and capacity.
