The Brief We run marketing and communications for a portfolio of luxury real estate and lifestyle brands across Lisbon and the Estoril Coast. Think heritage residential conversions, coastal developments, community platforms, and a boutique creative agency. We need a designer who can work cleanly across multiple brand identities from structured Notion briefs. No fluff, no lengthy calls — just good work delivered fast. The brands Marvilla Collection — heritage residential, Marvila, Lisbon Bellevue Cascais — coastal luxury, Estoril Coast Mirabilis Apartments — premium serviced apartments, Lisbon SOMAR — community platform, documentary tone REIS — parent investment platform, institutional LinkedIn presence RE Studios — in-house creative agency The work Instagram carousels, single image posts, LinkedIn carousels, and occasional static collateral. All briefs are in Notion with copy, visual direction, format, and publish date included. You produce the asset, we review, one round of amends, done. Volume 8 to 12 pieces per month ongoing. April is a heavier onboarding month at approximately 20 to 25 hours.
