Our client transforms over 14 million tons of waste per year into high-purity secondary materials, acting as a cornerstone of the circular economy in the Benelux region and beyond. From managing complex logistics for major international airports to enabling zero-waste strategies for diplomatic and global entities, this project sits at the forefront of environmental innovation.We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Advisor to support our Benelux partners in their journey towards a 75% recycling rate by 2030. In this role, you are not just providing support – you are helping drive circularity every day.Your roleYou will be the first point of contact for our Benelux customers and partners, handling a variety of multichannel interactions with professionalism and empathy.Operational excellence: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to logistics, including scheduling, deliveries, and routing checks.Digital support: Guide customers through the online portal so they can use their circularity tools effectively.Account management: Resolve contract and billing questions and handle complaints with a solution-focused mindset.Strategic escalation: Identify complex cases and ensure timel
