We're a B2B beverage ingredients company (UK/Ireland, growing) with products used by brands supplying hundreds of global retailers. We've completed a company-wide LEAN mapping exercise and have a clear brief. Now we need someone to build it. This is a greenfield implementation role — pipeline design, CRM setup, SOPs, KPI framework, dashboards, and a clean handover to a team that runs it without you. Commitment: 3 days/week Duration: 6 months (3-month review point) Start: June 2026 Works closely with: Managing Director Process: Screening calls: w/c 11 May Interviews: w/c 18 May What you'll deliver: • Pipeline design (stages, lead taxonomy, marketing-to-sales handoff) • CRM implementation — HubSpot or equivalent, from zero • SOPs for all core commercial processes • KPI framework and dashboards for the team and leadership • AI readiness assessment and automation roadmap • Full knowledge transfer What we need: • Proven end-to-end CRM implementation in a B2B business (not admin or config work) • Experience designing pipeline stages and KPI frameworks from scratch • HubSpot hands-on experience is a strong advantage • Independent operator — sets own milestones, delivers without being chased • Two references from prior engagements To apply, please include: your CV, a brief description of a CRM implementation you led from zero, and your day rate expectation for 3 days/week
