Creative Lead / Brand Designer for Sharelitix Sharelitix is a B2B demand generation strategy agency helping SaaS and tech companies build clearer, stronger pipeline systems. We’re looking for a Figma-first creative lead / brand-web designer to help evolve our website, visual system, and core marketing assets. This is not a generic graphic design role. We need someone who can turn complex B2B demand generation ideas into visuals that feel clear, premium, strategic, and memorable. What we need You’ll be the main creative lead for: • Website page and section design in Figma • Visual system direction • Landing page layouts • UI-style visuals, dashboards, funnels, KPI cards, and MarTech-inspired graphics • Custom illustration direction • Motion-ready design direction • Responsive design thinking • Clean handoff to Webflow/dev • Reusable components and design patterns You do not need to personally do every illustration, animation, Webflow build, deck, ad, or production asset. You do need to know how to design the system, protect the brand, and direct specialists when needed. Strong fit if your portfolio includes: • B2B SaaS websites • Strategy, consulting, or agency websites • Strong visual storytelling designs & assets • Dashboard or analytics visuals • Landing pages with strong conversion structure • Custom illustration systems • Diagram/process visuals • Figma components and style systems • Motion-ready website sections Weak fit if your work is mostly: • Generic agency websites • Stock illustration-heavy designs • Template sites with no clear system • Basic social graphics • Pretty visuals that don’t explain anything • Web pages that look good but don’t support conversion Responsibilities • Design website sections and pages in Figma • Extend the Sharelitix visual system • Create reusable components, layouts, and section patterns • Translate strategy into clear visuals • Use exact brand colors, typography, and references • Prepare organized Figma files and clean handoffs • Give direction for illustration/motion specialists when needed • Respond clearly to comments, briefs, and feedback • Flag when a direction may hurt UX, clarity, or conversion Requirements • Strong Figma skills • Strong web and landing page design instincts • Strong visual storytelling for B2B SaaS or technical services • Ability to design marketing-related dashboard, funnel, KPI, and MarTech-style visuals • Ability to follow detailed briefs without ignoring details • Component/system thinking • Clear async communication • Clean handoff habits Nice to have • Webflow awareness • Lottie/Rive/After Effects awareness • SVG/vector illustration direction • B2B marketing, demand gen, SaaS, RevOps, or analytics experience • Experience with agencies, consultancies, or strategic service businesses • Can personally create polished custom illustrations • Can animate or prepare illustration assets for motion How we’ll hire Portfolio review Short async questionnaire Paid test project 30-day sprint Monthly retainer if successful Paid test The paid test will ask you to review our brand references and redesign one website section in Figma. We’ll evaluate based on: • Brief-following • Brand fit • Clarity • Visual quality • Figma discipline • Responsive thinking • Handoff quality Engagement Start with a 30-day sprint. If successful, this can become an ongoing monthly retainer. Target availability: 20-40 hours/month To apply, send: • 3-5 relevant portfolio links • Examples of B2B SaaS, web, or design-system work • Your usual hourly rate or monthly retainer range • A short note on how you handle detailed briefs and client feedback
